The objective:  Initially, The Woolbright Group was engaged to consult with the Institutional Advancement staff to develop strategies for organizing and increasing annual, unrestricted support for the college.  Tasks included:  strategy development for marketing and communications; assistance with appeal letters; management of donor portfolios, strategies for alumni events, developing the annual calendar, and defining strategies for increasing leadership gifts to the annual giving program.

The outcome:  Since the finished plan has been in place, unrestricted support for the Education Fund has grown an average of 13.5% during each of the past three years.

The Woolbright Group was hired by the president to develop and conduct a workshop for the Board of Trustees on campaign readiness, and provided benchmarks for a comparative campaign assessment. The Woolbright Group also continues to provide counsel to the new Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
