The outcome: Worked closely with the Alumnae/i Board executive leadership and staff, The Woolbright Group developed a class leadership program designed to broaden interest and engagement for the college, including a two-day leadership training conference.
The objective: To work with the College President and Institutional Advancement staff during a Vice Presidential vacancy to provide direction and assistance in fundraising strategies, including a multi-million-gift challenge to broaden and strengthen philanthropic support.
The Woolbright Group led sessions on campaigns and readiness factors for the Advancement Committee of the Board of Trustees; conducted workshops for IA staff on management of major gift prospects and donors, including strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
