The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, five to seven years of college advancement experience, success in campaign work, be highly motivated and able to motivate others, and have a proven track record in cultivating, soliciting, closing and stewarding major and planned gifts from individual donors. Travel is required seven to nine days monthly for a portfolio of 75-100 prospects. The Gettysburg culture promotes teamwork from individual contributors, as well as top notch communication skills and a high level of integrity.
