Kent State University encourages highly qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director of Donor Services. The Executive Director will direct, manage, oversee and continue development of a comprehensive and innovative Donor Services department within Institutional Advancement. This includes donor relations, stewardship, special events and communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required and four to five years program/event planning or related experience.
The Kent State University Division of Institutional Advancement is expanding their team in preparation of the University's Centennial Campaign, an unprecedented effort to raise substantial new resources for Kent State's students, faculty and programs. Kent State completed its first major capital campaign in 2003, surpassing a $100-million goal by $22 million.
Recently, Kent State was selected a 2008 NorthCoast 99 Award recipient, a designation that recognizes the "99 Best Places to Work in Northeast Ohio." Kent State previously received the honor in both 2007 and 2005.
