The Woolbright Group Founder and President Cynthia Woolbright has more than 30 years of experience in higher education administration, specializing in development, alumni relations, leadership and organizational development, and student affairs. She has held senior advancement positions at The University of Rochester, The University of Vermont, Smith College, and Hollins University.

Cynthia works closely with educational institutions, health care systems, and other non-profit organizations, advising them on board governance; conducting campaign assessments and feasibility studies; developing on-going strategies for raising philanthropic support with specific interests in women’s philanthropy, leadership and organizational development strategies, and other mission-driven matters.

Cynthia regularly contributes her expertise to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) as a faculty member, conference presenter, and contributor to CASE Currents magazine. Recently she was recognized as a CASE Laureate. She also was awarded the CASE “Crystal Apple Teaching Award.” Cynthia recently completed her service on the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of CASE.
