Effective Stewardship and Donor Relations
February 28, 2014
Boston College, Corcoran Commons, 205 Heights Room, Boston, MA
Explore the essentials and purpose of effective stewardship at all levels of giving and at different sizes and types of institutions with a panel of experienced development professionals. Included in the conversation will be the value of starting or renewing various giving societies, consistent and first time donor recognition at all levels, and the challenges encountered by our panel of experts regarding implementation and continuation of these programs. Also hear discussion about which stewardship activities lie in which areas of development shops, and suggested activities to be done outside the typical parameters of the donor relations office.
The panel discussion will be followed by a case study of two different institutions “doing it right” as evidenced by increased donor numbers and dollars.
The breakfast program series is sponsored by William Spelman Executive Search and The Woolbright Group.
