Job Title : usp_custom_field : Assistant Director Development and Academic Coordination
Dartmouth College seeks an Assistant Director to work closely with the Associate Vice President and Director of Academic Coordination to facilitate and track campus leadership and faculty engagement with development activities, assist with all facets of board development and semi-annual meeting schedule, monitor and coordinate with pipeline development for engagement needs with campus partners, manage a concise range of fundraising priorities and special projects, and manage Friends Groups communications and solicitations.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with at least 3-4 years of experience in fundraising or the equivalent. This position requires excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills along with excellent communication skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, collaborative environment.
