Initially, The Woolbright Group was engaged to consult with the Institutional Advancement staff to develop strategies for organizing and increasing annual, unrestricted support for the college. Tasks included: strategy development for marketing and communications; assistance with appeal letters; management of donor portfolios, strategies for alumni events, developing the annual calendar, and defining strategies for increasing leadership gifts to the annual giving program.
Since the finished plan has been in place, unrestricted support for the Education Fund has grown an average of 13.5% during each of the past three years.
The Woolbright Group was hired by the president to develop and conduct a workshop for the Board of Trustees on campaign readiness, and provided benchmarks for a comparative campaign assessment. The Woolbright Group also continues to provide counsel to the new Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
